Work at it

if nothing else

keep the promises

made to self.

Get better.

Do the necessary work.

Take the steps.

Reward yourself

yet be critical.

Don’t fool yourself.

  1. Balance; and have a friend handy. A friend, one who will allow us to see when we have begun
to fall back into old habits, when we are in denial, when we are avoiding responsibilities, when
we are procrastinating and a true friend who will not judge us, but guide, lead, suggest a more
serene and peaceful way to live our lives…God said, everyone can change, just do it.
Love, hugs and prayers…ME and the Boss
