you are what you eat

so feed your body right

nurture your mind with

what is good

stuff your stomach with 

healthy choices and

treat your skin and organs to

only the best

and remember

they say you are what?

Replenish, refresh, rejuvenate.

Drink water. Eat good food.

Read- feed your mind.

    1. Thanks for reading and thanks for your comment. I have stopped eating certain things, trying to wean myself off others 🙂 I know what you mean about the energy these foods provide. I once blended lettuce with a medium-sized tomato and one small peg of garlic (with a pinch of salt- ’twas my first time and I wasn’t sure I should forego the salt just yet)- it didn’t taste horrid as I was dreading 🙂 and I felt “fresh” instantly for want of a better way to put it. Best wishes to you onwards on your healthier journey 🙂
